Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Refund Policy defines the conditions and procedure for refunding funds to Customers purchasing the Company's Services.

1.2. Refunds are issued exclusively in respect of paid Orders. Funds credited to the Account balance are non-refundable, as such balance is intended solely for payment of future Services within the Site and is not an electronic wallet for storing and withdrawing funds.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. A refund request may be submitted within 24 hours from the moment of payment of the relevant Order.

2.2. A refund is possible only where there are justified grounds for the refund. The Company is entitled to refuse a refund if:

• the information provided by the Customer is inaccurate;
• the reason for the request does not comply with the terms of this Policy;
• the Customer has violated the terms of this Agreement or the rules for using the Services;
• the Customer is unable to connect to or use the VPS due to restrictions, blocks, technical limitations, or other conditions imposed by the provider, network operator, or other third parties, provided that such circumstances are beyond the Company's control and are not caused by the Company's failure to properly perform its obligations.

2.3. In certain cases, the deadline for submitting a refund request or the possibility of a refund may be governed by special terms applicable to individual Services or pricing plans.

3. Refund Limitations

3.1. A one-time refund of funds is possible only for Orders with a total value of up to 600 rubles.

3.2. A request for such a refund may be submitted only once and only using the same payment details.

3.3. Following a refund, the Company is entitled to restrict the Customer's further use of the Site and the Services, or to impose additional restrictions on subsequent refund requests.

4. Refund Method and Timeframes

4.1. Refunds are issued only to payment systems supported by the Company.

4.2. Payment system fees may be withheld when funds are refunded:

4.3. The possibility of a refund to other payment systems or bank cards is considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis.

4.4. Refunds are issued within 7 business days from the moment the refund request is approved.

4.5. In certain cases, the refund period may be extended due to the specifics of the operation of payment systems, banks or other third-party services.
